Online Order Delivery and Pickup Policy

1. Scope and Service Area

This policy governs the terms for online orders placed through our website for Delivery or Restaurant Pickup. Our primary delivery service area is strictly limited to a 5-mile radius from our restaurant location at 47 Franklin Avenue, Valley Stream, NY 11580. Orders placed outside this zone may be automatically canceled and refunded.

2. Estimated Times

Delivery: Estimated delivery time is typically 45 to 60 minutes, but times may vary significantly during peak dining hours or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of significant delays.
Pickup: Estimated pickup time is typically 20 to 30 minutes after the order is confirmed. Please wait for the confirmation email before proceeding to the restaurant.

3. Delivery Fees and Minimums

A standard delivery fee applies to all orders under a specified amount (e.g., $25). Orders above the minimum may qualify for free delivery within the service zone. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a secondary notification once your order is out for delivery, including an estimated arrival time.
