

Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Our Commitment to Quality
Tepache Taste of Mexico strives for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of a dish or service, we are here to help find a resolution.
2. Conditions for Refund/Credit
Refunds or store credit may be issued in the following situations:

Incorrect Order: If you received a dish that was not what you ordered.

Unacceptable Quality: If the quality of the food is clearly unacceptable (e.g., undercooked, spoiled, major ingredient missing).

Significant Delivery Delay: If an order is delayed significantly beyond the estimated time without prior communication.
3. Requesting a Refund
To qualify for a refund or store credit, you must:

Contact the restaurant directly via phone or email within two (2) hours of receiving your order.

Provide photographic evidence of the issue (for food quality/incorrect items).

The majority of the item in question must be returned to the restaurant or available for verification by staff.
4. Cancellation Policy
Online orders can only be canceled for a full refund if the request is made within five (5) minutes of placing the order, before the kitchen has begun preparation. Reservation deposits are non-refundable unless canceled 24 hours in advance.
