Refund and Cancellation Policy

(Disclaimer/Descargo de responsabilidad): This document is provisional and provides an overview of our customer commitment. The final, legally-binding Refund Policy will be published shortly.

 

1. Our Commitment to Quality

Tepache Taste of Mexico strives for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of a dish or service, we are here to help find a resolution.

 

2. Conditions for Refund/Credit

Refunds or store credit may be issued in the following situations:

  • Incorrect Order: If you received a dish that was not what you ordered.

  • Unacceptable Quality: If the quality of the food is clearly unacceptable (e.g., undercooked, spoiled, major ingredient missing).

  • Significant Delivery Delay: If an order is delayed significantly beyond the estimated time without prior communication.

 

3. Requesting a Refund

To qualify for a refund or store credit, you must:

  • Contact the restaurant directly via phone or email within two (2) hours of receiving your order.

  • Provide photographic evidence of the issue (for food quality/incorrect items).

  • The majority of the item in question must be returned to the restaurant or available for verification by staff.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

Online orders can only be canceled for a full refund if the request is made within five (5) minutes of placing the order, before the kitchen has begun preparation. Reservation deposits are non-refundable unless canceled 24 hours in advance.
